- Use the Desert Map to travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas
- Find a Relic Altar
- Place your Barya into the Relic Altar
- Speak to Balbala
- Use the Relic Altar
- Begin your Test of Strength
- Complete the Trial of the Sekhemas
- Defeat Rattlecage, the Earthbreaker
- Use the Altar of Ascendancy to choose your Ascendancy
- Use the Altar of Ascendancy to obtain Ascendancy Passive Skill Points
